Transforming Visual Gauge Inspections —Remote and Automated
With our dedicated IoT camera (LC Series), designed to operate continuously for up to 3 years, visual gauge inspections can be easily automated and performed remotely — with no need for power or network cabling work. This enables efficient inspections in previously challenging environments, such as distant facilities, elevated tanks, or hazardous ceiling spaces.

CSV Export and API Integration

About LiLz Gauge
Facility management companies need to perform visual inspections daily, spending significant time to visit all inspected locations. These businesses would like to improve their efficiency by introducing IoT devices, but as most field locations lack power supply and network connectivity, existing IoT solutions fail to meet their requirements.
LiLz Gauge is a cloud service that utilizes ultra-low power consumption IoT cameras and machine learning to enable easy remote visual inspections of analog gauges. Many machine learning-based systems require significant data preparation effort upfront. LiLz Gauge is based on a mixture of deep learning and classical computer vision, and doesn’t require customers to annotate large amounts of data.

Use case

Run test captures and configure camera settings
You can use the companion iOS app to run test captures and configure camera settings. Right after installation, you can check and adjust captured images on-site. The app also allows you to adjust camera position, change resolution, and set capture schedules while running continuous tests.
