Press Release
LiLz and Daikin Form Strategic Partnership to Advance Industrial Operations

LiLz Inc. has raised funding from Daikin Industries, Ltd., a global leader in air conditioning and HVAC solutions, through a third-party allotment of shares.
Through this strategic partnership, LiLz and Daikin will combine their respective technologies and expertise to develop new solutions for factories and industrial plants. LiLz brings AI and IoT technologies, including fully wireless IoT cameras, as well as extensive field knowledge gained through digitalizing equipment inspection across a wide range of industrial sites. Daikin contributes its deep expertise in HVAC, heat source equipment, and energy efficiency.
Together, the two companies aim to create integrated solutions that connect equipment inspection and monitoring with the optimization of HVAC and utility operations and energy-saving initiatives. By continuously identifying challenges at customer sites and incorporating those insights into product and service development, LiLz and Daikin will work to deliver solutions that better address the real operational needs of factories and plants.
Expanding into Utility Optimization with “Utility X”
As part of this initiative, LiLz has also launched Utility X, a new brand focused on optimizing utility operations in factories and industrial plants.
Utility X combines AI and IoT technologies with utility engineering expertise to visualize and quantify conditions that have traditionally been difficult to capture, such as heat loss, piping leaks, and abnormalities in wastewater conditions. Using LiLz’s AI agent, LiLz Insight, the solution analyzes this data and helps identify opportunities for operational improvement tailored to each facility.
Through its collaboration with Daikin, LiLz aims to further expand its capabilities beyond remote equipment inspection and contribute to safer, more efficient, and more energy-conscious industrial operations.
